Kuala Lumpur (February 27, 2024): The 2024 Malaysian Housing, Urban Development and Property Summit, held at the Berjaya Times Square Hotel Kuala Lumpur, convened 200 industry leaders, policymakers, and experts to address critical issues facing the Malaysian property sector. 

Themed ‘Future Ready & Future Proof Urban Property Development,’ the summit was jointly organized by Fiabci Malaysia and KSI Strategic Institute for Asia-Pacific, in association with the Economic Club of Kuala Lumpur. The summit emphasized sustainability, digitalization, and affordability in the post-pandemic real estate landscape.

Former Minister of Housing and Local Government, Datuk Zuraida Kamaruddin, graced the event as the guest-of-honor, highlighting its significance.
