Petaling Jaya (August 28, 2024) : Maming Development (UC) Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of the Maming Group of Companies, is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of a 100% stake in Setia Gardens Development Sdn Bhd, following the finalization of a share sale agreement today. This acquisition marks a significant milestone in the Maming Group of Companies’ strategic plan to expand its footprint in the Malaysian property development industry.

At the time of acquisition, Setia Gardens Development Sdn Bhd had secured a development order to transform 4.75 acres of freehold land in Shah Alam, Selangor, into a low-density, guarded residential area surrounded by abundant green spaces.

By acquiring the company, Maming Development (UC) Sdn Bhd will continue with the development, which will be a guarded development known as D’Garden. The project will consist of 50 units double-storey houses priced between RM688,800.00 and RM924,800.00 and 10 units single-storey houses also. The architecture will showcase a contemporary and stylish design, blending seamlessly with the surrounding environment and reflecting a modern aesthetic.

The official launch of D’Garden is scheduled for the first quarter of 2025. Prospective buyers are encouraged to register their interest early to secure their desired units.
