Sales Coordinator (Ayer Keroh, Melaka)​

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.
  • Carry out sales activities to secure bookings.
  • Conduct marketing activities such as roadshow or events to promote the company’s properties and facilitate sales.
  • Actively develop and implement new strategies to generate sales.
  • Independently contributing ideas to generate leads and calling potential customers for sales.
  • Keep customers up-to-date and advise on promotions, purchasing policies, new offers, and any other relevant matters concerning sales.
  • Liaise closely with End Financiers and panel lawyers for customers’ loan/financing and SPA signing matters.
  • Conduct telemarketing based on received leads and update customer databases.
  • Maintaining the upkeep of the sales office.
  • Perform any other sales and marketing tasks as assigned by the Superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies, Sales and Marketing, or any equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience in sales roles or in the property development industry. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to different working schedules as required.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Must have own transport.
  • Able to travel as and when required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Team-oriented.
