Yan Yaw has extensive experience in the property development industry through his involvement in various roles in the business for the past 20 years.

He was the Chief Operating Officer of SBC Corporation Bhd (formerly known as Siah Brothers Corporation Berhad). During his employment with SBC Corporation Bhd, he was also appointed the Director of Ligamas Sdn Bhd which was a joint venture with Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS).

He was former CFO at Khazanah Jaya Sdn Bhd, former Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Setia Awan Group (KL) and was also Director of Vistana Jati Sdn Bhd, property development companies with projects throughout Malaysia covering residential, commercial and industrial sectors.

He is also a member of The Malaysian Institution of Accountants and associate member of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in the United Kingdom.

Currently, he is the Director of Equal Harmony Development Sdn Bhd, Executive Director of MaMing Holdings Sdn Bhd and its group of companies.

Yan Yaw also bagged an award for ‘Best Investment Centric Development’ for the UniSuites project under the coveted Property Insight’s Prestigious Developers Awards 2020 held in Kuala Lumpur.

Wai Ming qualified with a degree in Electrical Engineering from The National Taiwan University and then secured his MBA in the United States.

He is the founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Cres Wellness, a professional beauty salon chain and developed the brand – CELLNIQUE – which has become one of the leading brands for beauty products in Malaysia today. He holds the position of Managing Director and CEO at Cellnique Cosmaceutical Sdn Bhd, Cellnique Paramedical Sdn Bhd and Cres Wellness Sdn Bhd.

He is also an avid entrepreneur and investor in property development. He was the Shareholder and Director of Vistana Jati Sdn Bhd, the Managing Director of Paramount 2000 Sdn Bhd and the Executive Director of MaMing Holdings Sdn Bhd and its group of companies. These companies have property developments throughout Malaysia in the residential, commercial and industrial sectors.

He started his career working for Jurutera Konsultants (SEA) Sdn Bhd, an established Consulting firm in Malaysia. During the 10 years with the firm, he has been looking after the co-ordination and supervision of highways and other infrastructure projects.

He embarked into the arena of General Insurance and Risk Management by forming his own insurance agency for 32 years. As an extension of his services to his clients, he set up a boutique advisory firm solely for the facilitating of commercial loans with local bankers and in the area of private equity.

He is also a business consultant to various business groups, advising them mainly in the area of Investments and Real Estate Property Development.

He is the founding director and shareholder of Visual Retale Holdings Sdn Bhd, a company that specializes in Digital Outdoor Billboard (LED) advertising. He is actively involved in various key aspects of management such as Administration, Banking and Finance and he also currently holds the position of Director at MaMing group of companies.

Ming Khuen is the Managing Director and Founder of EastCamp Sdn Bhd and EastCamp Construction Sdn Bhd. He has over 26 years of experience in commercial, infrastructure, building and construction works.

He is recognized as the expert in the involvement for the developments such as Phase 2 Automotive Industrial Park Pekan, LEKAS Highway, Lebuhraya Persisiran Pantai Barat and Mass Rapid Lembah Kelang. Besides that, he is also well-known for township developments.

Currently, he also holds the position of Director at MaMing group of companies.

Ong is the managing partner of Messrs Luther Ong & Co whereby he started his legal practice in 2011.

He has completed various solicitor works such as conveyancing, loan documentations, contracts and corporate matters while he also heavily participating in litigation works like remand proceeding, debts recovery, foreclosure proceedings for bank, bankruptcy, winding up, probate, family matters and other court matters.

He is experienced in advising property development and has been panel solicitors for various developers. Projects involved such as Albury Village (Shoplots, Lenggeng), Villa Senja (Townhouse, Rawang East), Taman Bentara (Single Storey, Telok Panglima Garang) and Taman Chemor Indaman (Bungalows, Chemor).

Currently, he also holds the position of Director at MaMing group of companies.
