MaMing Development (UC) Sdn Bhd buys the last plot of land at Taman Connaught, Cheras
MaMing Holdings Sdn Bhd via its subsidiary, MaMing Development (UC) Sdn Bhd has signed a Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Able Ridge Sdn Bhd, to acquire 0.55 acres of freehold commercial land in Taman Connaught, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. The above acquisition has been fully completed.
Maming plans to develop a distinct edutainment community hub, namely UC Square, that consist of 49 units of strata shop offices including of which 19 units will be student accommodation called UC Suites. The Group aims to commence construction of this development by this year.
