Kuala Lumpur (December 18, 2020): The Board of Directors of LBI Capital Bhd is pleased to announce that on 17 December 2020, Haba Equity Sdn Bhd, a 51% owned subsidiary of LBI Capital Bhd had entered into a joint venture agreement (JVA) with MaMing Development (Ayer Keroh) Sdn Bhd for the new development on two parcels of leasehold land held under PM 1350, Lot 8587 and PM 1351, Lot 4992, both in Mukim Bukit Baru, Daerah Melaka Tengah, Negeri Melaka measuring 4.36 acres.

The land will be converted into a zen resort style condominium, named D’Bayu Residen. This low rise low density condominium development comprising of only 350 units will be located on the very 4.36 acres of prime land in Ayer Keroh, Melaka.

The development will be ideal for young executives, families or even for investment purpose. The homes are crafted with various layout designs with single-floor, dual-key and penthouse duplex units starting from 909 sq.ft., which offer ample space for families & private space for the young ones.
